VINELAND – Police are searching for two people who allegedly took more than $5,000 in merchandise from a Dick's Sporting Goods store.

The suspects carried off two large trash bags filled with Nike products, according to Vineland police.

The theft occurred Friday at the Cumberland Mall store.

Video surveillance shows the suspects leaving the parking area in a green Jeep Cherokee, headed south on Delsea Drive. The vehicle had a temporary registration tag.

The store staff reported the suspects may have been involved in other thefts in the South Jersey area.
