Can't understand why the Note 9 doesn't get Android 11. It's the same as Note 10 and not far from Note 20. I am a note fan since the Note 4 but will tell you that this is where Samsung drops the ball and Apple is better..Make a plan Samsung.

Every new update is giving slow performance because of poor SOC
