It was an epic 12 years for Samsung, with some brilliant and beautiful phones like the S6, S7, S8 and S9. It looked liked they would only improve, but their designs became generic, and they started dropping features and copying the fruit company's worst trends. The end seems near for Samsung mobile now. Maybe they should just focus on selling fridges.

And VR movies are awesome, beats the need of a giant screen. Too bad that it was never even tried... still my sony phone shows movies better than a huge tv because of how much closer is it to my eyes.
I can only imagine how good an 8k phone on VR would look . Basically completely stealing the point of giant TVs for personal vieweing/gaming.
Too bad that we are a decade away from it because companies abandoned VR in mid 10s so we lost a decade then and there...

No microSD card slot, no QHD screen, no glass back, no 3.5mm headphone jack, no heart rate sensor, no blood pressure sensor, no SpO2 sensor, no iris scanner, no IR blaster, no headset, no charger,...but flagship price. Shame Huawei has no Google services, their phones are better in every aspects....Again this year I will stick to my S10.

The only thing really helped by QHD were the virtual reality magnifier lenses. That use case seems to be falling by the wayside.

Clearly they forgot the lessons learnt from the S6. Almost $1,400AUD for base model is getting too expensive. Looks like it's the A series next for me

So the S21+ has less RAM and no SD slot unlike the S20s. That sounds very disappointing!
