Nike Air Zoom AlphaFly NEXT% Gets Outfitted With Neon Uppers and Topographical Patterns - HYPEBEAST

The Nike Air Zoom AlphaFly NEXT% is touted as one of the Swoosh’s most technologically advanced propositions in today’s running realm, and it’s now surfaced in a brand new colorway fashioned with bright uppers and topographical patterns. Earlier this Fall, the premium runner surfaced in two minimal takes crafted for Eliud Kipchoge — the Kenyan runner notoriously known for his sub two hour Vienna marathon run in 2019 — but this particular iteration takes a design leap and sports intentions of being more flashy in complexion.

Right away its Atomknit-constructed upper allures you with its bright and bold “Volt” outer, and if that wasn’t enough to catch your eye, the Nike design team decorates the lateral side Swooshes with topography-influenced patterns. Against the logos that are backdropped in dark green and complemented with reflective blue hits, the lines are emblematic of  the trails of “Ekiden” which is a Japanese term that refers to long distance relay runs. Further accents land across the throat overlay and medial Swooshes, both lacking the aforementioned pattern, as well as the heel strips which are ornamented with Japanese characters.

Placed underneath is a chunky sole piece that is loaded with a healthy portion of Zoom cushioning, all of which splits between the identical neon hue to dress up three fourths of its length, while an iridescent black panel shrouds the rear.

No release date has been confirmed just yet, but you can likely anticipate the Nike web store to launch them in the near future for $275 USD.

If interested in more forthcoming Nike kicks, a new Air Force 1-Type N. 354 colorway has been unveiled.
